Shenyang Railway Signal Co., Ltd. (SYRSC), founded in 1937 is directly under State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and wholly affiliated to CRSC (Xi’an) Rail Transit Industry Group Co., Ltd.(SASAC).

SYRSC is a national high-tech enterprise with a provincial technical center, which specializes in research and development, equipment manufacturing, field debugging and testing and project recanalizing. SYRSC has passed through authentication of ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 and International Railway Industry Standard. SYRSC has established a fully qualified, industry-leading railway signaling products laboratory and test platform with reliable support capabilities in product quality and safety control.

Based on technology system of China railway train control system CTCS0－CTCS3 and combined with the corporate technical characteristics, SYRSC has formed the most complete product structure in China rail transit signal control field, covering from the on-board to lineside, from station to section and including important equipments of train operation control system. SYRSC has passed through authentication for China railway transportation intrastructure manufacturer permission and owned complete railway product certifications, and multiple security products have passed the assessments by a third-party security. The products are mainly used in ordinary speed line, high speed line, passenger dedicated line and urban transit. SYRSC focuses on research and development, manufacture, sales and service for the dedicated equipment used in railway, subway and light rail .SYRSC participates in the construction of the Wu-Guang line, Jing-Hu line, Ha-Da line, Qin-Shen line Qing-Zang line, Jing-Shen line and Jing-Zhang Line, and these lines are landmark projects in Chinese railway development history. SYRSC has provided products for the metro in Shenyang, Chengdu, Xi’an, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and exported products to Mongolia, Pakistain, Nigeria, Argentina and Kenya.
